[Resolved] Micromax — No Response from last 2 months | |||
I am Sandeep Kadtane from Bangalore. I purchased Micromax Canvas Night A290 on 24th August 2014. After using it around 30-35 days it suddenly stopped charging. I then submitted to the nearest service centre which is in Marathahalli on 14th October 2014 for repair. The receipt number is S[protected]. The person told me that they will return the mobile in 7 working days. I started following with them and sent my office boy almost every 3-4 days but they don't have any answer. They don't know when I will get my mobile. Its more than 2 months now but there is no answer. I waited for 10 days and bought some standby phone. Micromax authorised person don't have any answer and talk very rudely and asked me to do whatever the complaint I want and this is how they work. I spent INR 11800 for this phone and I could able to use only for 30 days. Since It was told to me that I will get my phone in 7-10 days, I spent INR 3000 for a standby phone but I never received the phone. We don't know to whom we should call. The toll free number is just ringing keeping me almost 45 minutes for waiting and getting disconnected. I am not sure to whom I should get in touch with. I bought this phone just because this was an Indian manufacturer but I was wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||
