Micromax — no service and no response from pali (raj.) service centre

Sir, i am user of micromax unite A106 handset from last 11 months. i have little problem with my camera lense for last one month. i have consult in ur service centre at pali (Raj) under Mr. sharukh, they told me to change to camera lense of my phone without under warranty which i have not object. they have take my call and apply Miwarranty such icon in my phone. they assure me to change the camera lense and proper service. but after 15 days have passed and nothing is in process. they are not taking any interest and any response. i like micromax handset very much but this type of lazy service and wrong response from your service incharge irritating me a lot. kindly give your little attention otherwise i have to consult to CONSUMER COURT. waiting for your positive reply. ravindra taylor [protected]
