Dear Sir,
I have buy Micromax table model no. P300 and due to some problem it will not "ON" then I have gave to "Tirupati Cellulars" on Dated 14 November 2013 till date they haven't resolved my tablet problem.
Since last six months I have several time contacted to service center and ask the questions "What is the exact problem?”, "When I get my tablet?" "How much the service cost I need to pay?" However they are given me common answer "we are working on it, waiting for some part (Don't know which part) like that.
Also, several time, I went service center in person, take a token, wait for an 1.5(half an hour) hrs then they will give the answer like "Come after 2 days later" or "we will contact you on mobile" but they are not doing any action from their side.
I had already spent Rs.1500/- to doing follow up with service center. (Rs. 500/- in doing call and Rs. 1000/- in petrol) I hope you will understand my problem.
