Micromax — No Warranty on new phone

Hi I bought a Micromax Fire 2 moble phone 2 months back. The phone is not booting and took it to customer service center at Hyderabad. Service Center people identified that PCB is gone and need to send it to Delhi for servicing. Also they told me that warranty is only for 7 days from the date of purchase. But dealer (Bajaj Electronics, Madhapur) told me that 1 year warranty on this phone. Service Center people are advised me to go to consumer court to get a new phone in place of PCB damaged phone and also told me that servicing the damaged phone will take about a month.
