Purchased on 6.04.2015/ bill no 603 poorvika tambaram
Ist time:26 th april went to sanotoriam service centre. problem not solved. (Tocken no 9) complaint repeated
Again 2nd time: 30 th april went to same service centre problem not solved. complaint repeated
Again 3 rd time: today 16 th may knocked the same service centre with poorvika distributor.
The 26th and 30 th they refused to give me the job sheet
The new mobile cost Rs.8000/ it gives mental worries for me.
Is there micromax people will change the another mobile, due to the repeated complaint.
I hope you are taken the issue very negligently. If you really think, you are the branded service centre, you would have solve the issue the first time itself or at least second time.
I Hope again the same will be repeated again.
Kindly change the mobile set.
I hope yo will do that.
