[Resolved] Micromax — Non receipt of Mobile given for repairing after more than 30 days | |||
Dear Sir, I have given my Micromax Unite-2 mobile at authorised service station at Bhavnagar Gujarat on 16/09/2014. As per the service station their are some probelm in my mobile and its take 15 days for repairing. my mobile under warranty period. But after more than 30 days I have no received my phone. I am already register complaint with in micromax customer care on 01/10/2014 thay ask its take 20 days more. And when I come to service station to know the status of phone they ask me ist take more time to repair because they not received part from the company. Now please you are requested to you please help in this matter and guide me what to do for get my phone back. Was this information helpful? | |||
