Micromax — Non-receipt of mobile that forwarded to the company for repair.. | |||||
My Micromax Android 1 mobile was produced to the service center at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on 08/10/2015 due to th display related problems. Since, the complaint occurred during the warranty period the same has been forwarded to to the company by the service center . Unfortunately the mobile has not been returned back even after three and half months. In this connection, it is noted that even if it received back, that may not work well as the battery may have weakend due to the non-functiong of the same during this period.
