Micromax — Not able to Get back Cell phone submitted in May 14 in Service Centrw

In May 14 submitted micromax A116 cellphone in SR communication kalkaji service centre, while contacted in Nov 14 customer care centre had told to inquire in perfect solutions kalkaji, due to closure of SR communication service centre but inquiring there, they are still not ready to give me my cell phone back till today 18th Mar 2015 Name -Surender No -[protected] Email id [protected]@outlook.com
