[Resolved] Micromax — Not getting my phone from Service Center from

My Name is Maneer Rastogi, i've a Micromax Canvas L A108 phone, i faced a Problem in its touch so i submitted it to my nearest service center M/s The Mobile Care, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi Jobsheet no. is- N[protected] on[protected] and till today i didn't get my phone back when i contact them they always say that it will take more time approx 10-15 days. After complaining next day i received a call from micromax and he said as soon as possible u'll get your phone or otherwise company will pay you your purchasing amount of phone according to bill. and after 6 days i received a call from micromax that my phone is replaced by company and i can take it... i got my phone.. Thanks Indian consumer complaints forum for help
