Micromax — not giving proper service as promised

i purchased micromax led 40 inches from rohit electronics aligarh it was not working properly and due to this i face a lots of problems i complaints on [protected] 1000times but they r not cure my problem and it is also not a toll free no as it was mentioned by company it is a fake company which sucks my salary.
