Micromax — Not Received my handset after giving it to service

I gave my canvas knight A350 mobile for service due charging problem on 08.05.2015. Yet I have not even received my handset. No replacement has yet been provided for me. 4 months have passed. Yet not even my repaired model or replacement model is provided to me. Please help me resolve this problem as I have almost waited for 4 months. My jobsheet number is S[protected]. I have already talked to the service center and to the head office. Yet my problem is not resolved for past 4 months
