Micromax — not repairing or not giving replacement of mobile which is in warranty period | |||
Dear sir/Madam i am Mr. harde pravin R have perches micromax canavs knight A350 on 15 oct 2014 from amazon with invoice number KA-BLR[protected] and it has warranty of one year. it was facing charging problem so i have submitted it in micromax service center at 14/05/2015(job card number-W[protected]). According to them it will take maximum 15 days to repair but it has almost 1 month and 15 days gone and still they are saying it took 15 days and they are always say that when i called them.i have also called there customer care but they also only saying it will took 15 days and after 15 days there reply is same. Then i mailed to company then also no positive reply from them and further they are stop responding to my mail.micromax has very very bad service.please do something and help me to get my mobile back.
