Micromax — Not returning mobile from micromax service center (2 months gone) | |||||
Hi, I have submitted my mobile in Micromax service center on 05-SEP-2015 but still waiting for receive my mobile their was only voice break problem. Every time I call customer care they say you will get your phone with in 15 days and this way almost 2 months gone.they ALSO HAVEN'T GIVEN ME ANY BACKUP PHONE ALSO. I AM IN REAL PROBLEM ALL.Can you give my phone back. Micromax cheater. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY PHONE. Please check the below 2 complaint numbers which I guess no value at all. 1st complain no : MMX[protected] 2nd complain no[protected]: MMX[protected] I need my phone please help me.
