[Resolved] Micromax — Not returning my handset from past 2.5 months | |||
I have Micromax Elanza A121 which I had bought in July, it started problem in charging from September, when showed they detected charger problem at first replaced the charger, still problem persisted then I was told port got damaged & I had to submit it for 15 days in Jadavpur Service center on 15th October, tried to contact over phone & visiting by person I did not get the phone in my hand till date almost 2 months, what kind of service is this?
