Dear Team, Recently due to some problem with my mobile I deposited my Mobile Canvas -HD on 20th Aug 2014 at your following Service Centre:M/S The Mobile Cares, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Opposite V3S Mall, New Maharaja Banquet Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.
This phone is within Warranty period.After 3-4 Days I received an SMS on my another mobile to Collect the Handset from Center on 28th Aug. I visited the centre on said date But to my surprise the Dealing Executive told me that My handset is not yet ready and advised me to come again on 9 September. I visited the centre on 9th Sept but again they told me that the Handset is not ready and will take more time, And advised me to come again on 22 September.I visited on 22 September and Again the executive told me the same story and advised me to come after 1 Week.I am a Sr. Citizen and fed up by this unprofessional attitude of your Team. This is an height of irresponsible behavior. I am being harassed 3 Times and Still i have no Hope from your Service Centre People. Now as last resort i am approaching you to help me out Or else i will be compelled to escalate the matter with regulatory authorities.
