[Resolved] Micromax — Pathetic service of micromax | |||
Hii this is Bishnu.My service no is E[protected]. My Complain is regarding that i m facing charging issue on my micromax gold A300 so that i went to the micromax service centre and submitted my mobile on 15/10/2014.They told me that we will call u back and nextday i get a call back they said that there is motherboard issue on ur mobile it willl take 20-25 days to repair and we will give u new fresh mobile. But now after 1 month i didnt receive any call back from u and didn't get any confirmation. Whenever i call up to the service center no. they are not picking up the calls and whenever they receive the call they told me that mobile is sended to the company and again it will take 7-10 days and we will call u back.Recently I visited to the service centre and they are repeating the same thing again and again even they behaves rudely to me.I m frustrated with the services.Now a days there is so much competition on mobiles and i[censored] will this type of services u cannot retain any customer.I have suggested my friends to take micromax but actually i m wrong. Now i want my mobile within 4 days other wise i wii escalate this matter to the cunsumer count and complain regarding this. with regards bishnu boral Was this information helpful? | |||
