Micromax — Phone all part change

I submit myphone on 13/08/2015 on micromax care aminabaad lucknow .i find my phone on 19/10/2015 with change all parts my phone does not work properly. i again submit my phone according to new jobsheet on 20/10/2015. i complent many times .but i give sympathy on given time. plz action this matter .i also include my new jobsheet number.
