Dear Sir,
I have bought MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO A310 in September-2014. Since last fifteen days the above mentioned problem started.
When the phone is in sleep mode it goes dead and do not start by pressing start button. For starting the phone again battery has to be removed and refitted.
I contacted Micromax Service Center in LalBagh, Lucknow, they depostted it and handed over to me after two days saying that the problem has been rectified and the set is now ok. The phone worked properly for one day only after that the old problem started again and in addition it started rebooting automatically now and then.
As the phone goes dead while in sleep mode it has become very unreliable, I am planning to revisit the micromax service center tomorrow (i.e. 15.12.14) but it is a big problem for me because I have to travel out station frequently.
I purchased a Micromax product because I am pro "made in india" campaign. But if after spending such a hefty sum of Rs. 12990/- one gets such a problematic set the made in India campaign is going to fail completely.
I request your intervention, either you get my set repaired in one go or get it replaced with any reliable product of same denomination because I do not have time to visit your service center again and again.
