It pains me to bring your notice to the problem I have been facing since I bought my Phone (Micromax Canvas Magnus A117) on April 12th 2014. In the past 9 months I had to submit my phone to the service center 5 times. I have been facing issue with the performance, display and hardware since I bought this phone./ Every time I had to leave the phone at the service center for at least 3 days. I was assured of good custmer service from Micromax but was disappointed at many levels. Please let me know what should I do in order to get permanent fix for the issue. Because I have almost made up my mind to scrap this phone and buy some other phone.
