Micromax — Phone is not given back in proper condition after commitment

Micromax phone A075 model blue colour phone given in sectore 14 gurgaon service centre. they committed to return in good condition but phone is not working. without checking the phone they are giving me three times back and tell it will work but phone is given back to me in same condition. Is it a kind of joke with the customer or what making fools. Pl contact to service center persone in sec 14 and follow up in proper way.
