Micromax — phone is not working and no action has been taken since last 2 months | |||
My mobile micromax A40 charging point was not working, so i gived it to care office of micromax on 05/06/14 bt still they are not solving my problem from last 1 month. please help me.i m not satisfied with the service and i buyed this phone on 18/11/2013 it is in warranty period but still your service centre which is in udaipur rajasthan is not helping me out.Even i went yesterday they said by giving the excuse that the mother board is not working and it has to be replaced but it is not available.whts wrong since last 2 months. ??
