Micromax — Phone not received back( very poor service ) | |||||
Dear concerned I had submitted micromax canvas Gold A300 model mobile on 24/10/15 in warranty to authorized service center of micromax i.e. M/S Jai Ambey Electronics Mainpuri with complaint no. N[protected] in Warranty . It is very surprising that till date mobile has not been received back. and when i call to customer care no., every time they replied it will be done in 15 days.Lot of emails also sent to micromax. Now more than two months have gone & still no clear status is known to me. phone is lying with the company for so long. Its a matter o[censored]nnecessary harassment also... if company unable to resolve my phone problem than give me my money back or give me the replacement of the phone... thnks Shiv Was this information helpful? | |||||
