Micromax — Phone not received from Service Center

My Phone A94 IMEI No: [protected] not received yet from 1 month and 10 days. Whenever is visit the center they are replying "HOGA TABHI HOGA". what is this???? Customer Care is also the same. One Executive says it is done collect from the Service center. Other says not repaired yet and give the time span of 20 days. What is this????
