[Resolved]  Micromax — Phone not repaired/replaced

Its been 41 days today i have neither received my mobile back nor replace by the company. please see the below mail i have written; Hi Team i have submitted my mobile Micromax Gold A300 Job sheet id is E[protected] on 13th November 2015 at M/S Paradise Telesoft Pvt. Ltd., Main Chakrata Road Near Hanuman Mandir Dehradun. (Contact No. of Service Centre [protected]). I had given my mobile for service due to Power issue (it wasn’t turning on), and Service Centre informed to me that its data card is damaged and they are sending it to Delhi to repair andwill take 20-25 days. It was on warranty period and was bought on 28th January 2015. As I wanted my mobile to be rectified on urgent basis I was keep on following up about the status of my mobile but I was receiving the same answer every time that you will get the mobile after 25 days, and then I called up after 25th day on 07th December 2015 than they said it will take a week, I asked why they didn’t have any clue about the status of my mobile. I finally went to the service centre and enquire about my mobile I spoke to the lady Ms Khushi who was the in charge, I asked how many more days will take, she was also speechless and cannot explained, I asked her to show me all the correspondence with regards to my mobile which she showed it to me and I was surprised to know that there was only one mail sent by the service centre to Delhi and that too on 07th December 2015, after 25th day, the day when I followed up. I spoke to the owner of the Service Centre neither he is having any clue nor he is ready to support, rather he was saying they are not allowed to share anything and gave me the number of Mr. Vinit Pandey([protected]) as per the service centre he is looking after for all the Service Centres, I tried his number but he was not picking up the call. Seriously this is one of the worst services and you do not seem to be proactively act on customer requests /complaints and no one bothers to look, poor after service from Micromax. this has become a long long wait and i feel like I am befooled, grave mistake by me trusting the product of Micromax...I don't know what the solution will be now...guess I will be approaching consumer court...if I don't get the full refund/replacement. Hope you will intervene and I will get the mobile asap. Your reference no is SER[protected] Shisheer Chandra [protected]
