Micromax — Phone not starting | |||
Dearest Sir, This message is regarding my cellphone Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo (White and Gold) that I bought last September. The device failed to start this very morning around 7 am. I tried multiple times but it kept restarting until all of its battery had drained. On handing it over to the service station, they said that the phone needed to be sent to the company as the issue could not be resolved there. I have to leave for Kerala on the 25th of this month and it is understandable that I will require my phone there. And for the same reason I asked them the estimated time it will take to get my phone repaired and in working condition again and whether I will be able to get it back before the date when I have to leave. To this, they replied saying that it will take a minimum time of over two weeks. To my despair, I expected a better service from a company that boasts such good quality products and service, especially when such a fault occurred even though the phone was in warranty period. I request you to please try and process the same issue as soon as possible as it is extremely important for me to carry my phone along with me on this trip. I live in the city of Rajkot, Gujarat and the service station I visited was M/s Shree Ram Mobile, 1st floor Siddhivinayak Complex, Yagnik Road.
