Micromax — Phone problems

I was buy canvas4 a210 phone on 13 april, 2015, after 10 days it had a battery problem consuming more and more battery without using .I report to ganesh electricals city centre, 2nd floor patiala they take my phone and give me job sheet for this they give my phone after 20 days then they stolen my front camera they again submitt my phone after 40 days they give my phone but that time they lost my back cover i call them and ask for back cover they said we have original back cover but they gives me destroyed back cover they give me a new jobsheet for back cover only there is no response for it for 30 days and not give me the original new back cover then it has a screen and touch problem then i again submitt my phone but still now no response they give to me. every time i went to them they talk again and again very rudly. i wil request you to change my phone or give me money back.
