Micromax — Phone received under warranty also not working. | |||
I had purchased the micromax A200 for my sister. It was white color and worked for a few months. Then once it stopped working we got it exchanged at Dadar (E) service centre. Rude staff and completely non-cooperative. No one asnwers phone calls either. It is apparently shut now for a few months. The new phone given under warranty is black color and now after 3 months, stopped working again. I demand a new phone or an exchange of a higher phone upgrade now. My sister was stuck in the rains and there was no way to make contact. Suddenly if the phone stops like this then there is no point endorsing the brand. I mysel[censored]se this brand, but now i am having second thoughts, of going to the newspapers and writing about the service and under warranty phones that you give. I am a law graduate and I won't think twice in pursuing the matter to court. If there any respect for the customer and the unnecessary mental agony and rounds taken to the service centre, only to be greeted by rude staff, that does not give us a copy of the bill because they don't want to make customer's a copy as it costs them, but they expect the customer to go down get a photocopy and give the original to them. I mean this does not say much about the brand that wants to grow in India. This is very low grade and being completely disrespectful to the customer. Hope you get me a better handset or a new replaced one under warranty. Or else I will have make complaints and articles. Was this information helpful? | |||
