Micromax — Phone replacement since its in service center for 3 months in warranty period | |||||
My cell phone Micromax A94 has been in service center twice and for 3months of duration. It's in warranty period and it's touch is dysfunctional... Led has black screen all the time. Camera is not working on either side. Charger jack is loose. I am really disappointed with the service of micromax and is built. I had to keep the phone i the service center for three months now in its warranty period. I am without phone right now and fully frustrated. I want a replacement within 5 days of time. Or else I shall go to consumer forum ask for refund. Please do the needful at the earliest . I am waiting for a reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
