[Resolved] Micromax Phones — Very poor service | |||||
I have purchase a micromax phone on 31 october 2015. on the 25 may 2016 it was a charging issue. i went to service center they told that motherboard will change and it will take 25 days. after 10 to 12 days the phone comes that your handset is ready. i took the handset. on that day only the speaker issue comes out. i went t same service center they told that first they have changed the port now they will motherboard it will also take 25 days. after 10 to 12 days the phones that your handset is ready. my all data was deleted. after 2 days my was getting a notice that "unformately your google has stopped" again and again it was coming. i went the same service center. they told that software have to update it will take 1 hour. i wait there only. after again 2 days my phone was authomatically shutdown. i went to same centre they told that i have to submit my phone for 10 days. I submitted it after 8 days my phone was ready. i forgotten to take battery from my home to center. i received my phone and came take to home. i check the phone. there was no respond for the company. i go back to center on the same day. service of micromax near v3s mall laxmi nagar there i met mrs. rashmi. she took my headset give to operator. after half an hour she came back gave my phone back and told him now your phone will work all right. at 8o clock when i reach at the home phone was automatically shuting down.
