[Resolved]  Micromax — Poor customer care

Servicing of my micro max phone (model no. A.87) being done at your service centre at Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand against bill no. 938 dated 15.10.14. While servicing it has been advised to replace its battery as phone is getting off frequently. As battery was out of stock at service centre that time, I have been asked to deposit the amount (Rs 650/-) for procurement with in a week. II have deposited it immediately. As informed, once battery procured same to communicate me over phone. Unfortunately after one month, battery till not procured nor any communication from your service centre. I was inquired before one week but could not receive any satisfactory communication. After waiting of one hr, just told battery not come.
