Micromax — Poor product and services of Micromax A-210 Canvas -4

i had purchase a handset A-210 Canvas 4 in 4/4/2014 after 7 days My handset face problem of hardware then i submit my handset to the service center after lots of follow up & Harrasment with service center i get my handset after 15 days. Now after 11 months still facing the same problem and service center taking lots of time to resolve.due to that my work is hampering who will be responsible of Loss and harassment .Service center not confirming about the exact date when i get my handset. it was really bad experience with Micromax on the ground of product and services part. pls note My job sheet No of this time 15498711 SGS Communicatios Ludhiana Punjab I want claim of all harrasment in term of money or New handset. regds Chandan Sharma [protected]
