Micromax — Poor quality of product followed by worst quality service | |||
I purchased canvas knight 2 from an authorised shop of micromax 2 months back. From the very first day it was having problem of overheating. 15 days after my purchase I received a message that my phone is a premium phone and in case of any problem, service will be provided at my doorstep. I registerd myself for that by calling a number that was given in that message. Then one day my phone got dead(unable to switch on) On 3rd october icalled the same number(that was given in the earlier received message regarding premium care). I have been told that their technician wil call me back, I got a call back on the same day then they tried few steps but phone didn't get switched on then they told that my phone will be replaced within 7 to 10 days at my doorstep. Than gradually 7 days passed I didn't received any response than 10 days passed and I still didn't got any response than I called them again and I was told wait for 24 hours I still don't received any response. I called them again and requsted to talk to their senior, they told that I will receive a call back from their senior within 24hours but even at the completion, of 72 hours I didn't received any call back. I called them again and received same response that I will get a call back within 48 to 72hours. Now the situation is that I call these people almost daily and receive same response that you will receive your doket id within next 1 or 2 days and our senior will call you today. I am having mainly 3 issues: 1)I am not getting doket id and subsquently information that when will I receive my phone. (This shows the level of your dedication towards providing service.) 2)I am not getting a call back even after my request.(which shows your dedication towards your customer) 3)I want warranty of my phone to be extended for nuber of days between my complaint date and the day I will receive my phone. Earlier I was of the view that Micromax is a Indian co. Which will make we Indian proud but now I request you people please don't expand your market in europe and america because that will bring loss for you and shame for my country.
