Dear Sir/Madam, Being a customer of your mobile set x 971 under warranty, its is shameful over quality of services through your local franchise service center no. is[protected] & [protected] . date of set purchasing is 14-07-15 which i have given on 9 July 14 for repair, but they are denying set warranty and saying your set is out of warranty. your center is not committed to provide service on time rather rudely response to us. My job sheet no is 17818905. Please pursue and and ensure quality of services. Now they asking for 1 week to wait. This is wondring to share this morning i got official sms by your side with message, with reference of above job sheet no.[protected], my mobile phone has been repaired and can collect from service center today, but local person are denying this type of sms. Before deposit set, they were ensuring to deliver set with in two days (11 Julty 15) after repair . They are blaiming over poor service arrangements and your company too.
