Micromax — Poor service and never gives me perfect device or any replacement. | |||||
Hello sir, I am Premal Khetani. i have Micromax YU Yureka Moon dust Gray. Which was i purchased from amazon before 8 months. since these 8 months the device is not working properly. so i request them to solve it. they replaced my device but they gave me damaged device which was not working at all. so i again call them they again replace my device and again the same issue comes. so i again call them and tell them about the problem they again send another device which is also damaged. I am fed up with them. they never give any proper response from their end even they never reply the emails which i sent them. Kindly solve my problem i am mentally disturbed now :(. i can't use my mobile even. and with respect to my work i am not be able to work even. :( Hope you understand the problem and give me solution for that.
