Micromax — Poor service and till my mobile is in micromax service center from last 4 months

Dear sir I purchased micromax canvas night A350 32GB mobile Under warranty the mobile was giving trouble on on/off button and low battery problem i given at your service center at RUDRA AGENCIES, Basheerbagh, hyderabad on[protected]. Job sheet no :S[protected]. After 2 months i received a mobile phone from them. That is a USED ONE. In that mobile others email was registered in gmail and play store and other applications..I enquired about this to micromax customer care[protected] . They told me, we sent micromax canvas A350 kNIGHT new mobile to Rudhra agencies. If you are sent a new mobile how they give old one . Is this possible to come in a new mobile with an others registered email and play store After one week it given the display trouble to me .Again i given the Mobile to RUDHRA AGENCIES on[protected] . At that time they are not given me the JOB SHEET AND NUMBER. After 4 days by forcing of me they told the job sheet number S[protected]. ON 14TH NOV 2015. After that i called so many times to rudra agencies they are not giving any reply or information to me.they told every time we will call you at today evening. But this date i am not receiving any reply from them. My mobile was given trouble under warranty, ', below 6 months. and again given trouble with in a days after servicing.( from[protected] to till now) I received a massage from micromax customer care on[protected]. Your device has been repaired pls collect it from the service center. But the RUDRA AGENCIES service people told your mobile is not repaired till now and it will take another 15 days time. 1. So pl kindly give me a new mobile micromax a 350 knight along with 16 M P camera and 32 gb storage. 2. Pl extend warranty period for service period. we demanded the new mobile because of our mobile is at your service center from date[protected] to till now. The problem was not resolved and we facing a lot of trouble from RUDRA AGENCIES from starting date. They are not lifting phones and they not giving response even if we went to service center.you can enquire about this by calling[protected], 65922200, [protected]).These printed numbers are given by them. I mailed so many times to you but we are not getting response from you.(Reference ticket id- 103373) If not getting Any reply from you there is no option to me to go to consumer court against to you and RUDRA AGENCIES .THIS IS THE REFERENCE LETTER.
