[Resolved] Micromax — Poor Service By Service Center | |||
Sir, I am Saket Rawat from Sagar Madhya Pradesh I have purchased Micromax Canvas 4 (A210) 30/5/2014 and about one month it has some problem in the screen. At the service center they told me that it will take 7-8 days they have taken about 25 to repair it . When I gone to collect my device my camera lense was not there its my mistake also that i didn't checked at that time .Next day when i have told about it they are blaming me for it .So after that they told me they have orderd my lense and will give my lense back after 15 -20 days .And not only lense after the reapair i have noticed that my sensor light was not working and touch screen was not correctly placed. They told that when your camera lense will come we will again repair it . when i again gone to service center they have replaced my camera lense the lense was of black color an my phone is white but still i accepted it but when asken about my touch screen and sensor light they told me to wait for 15 more days when i came to home i noticed that camera lense is not actually of my set i just sticked by glue but not placed correctly when i open my camera the black border of the lense is covering the camera very little i was very disappointed that they have solved my one problem and give my 2-3 more if i will again go there they wii told me to again wait.
