Micromax — Poor Service from micromax while handset is in warranty

I had purchased micromax Fire A104 on 09/09 2014. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within few days of purchase.i have submitted my phone on 22th July, 2015 at authrized Service Center. They told me to it will take 20 day for repair.But still we have not received any replay from them. they not replay on mail or Phone Yet after many Follow up Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty.
