Dear Sir,
With reference to job sheet no "S[protected]" dated 18/09/2014 I have received a repaired swapped handset on dated 17/1/2015 that was also faulty (Display touch screen was not working).
I have submitted it back with job sheet no "S[protected]" on 17/1/2015 just 30 minutes after I have received for the third time, creating a new job with closure of last job.

Earlier to this, I had submitted my phone just because of app crash on dated 13/9/2014 with job sheet no "S[protected]" and received it back on dated 15/9/2014.
I found sensors not working after reaching home and again submitted my phone on 17/9/2014 with job sheet no "S[protected]" and received it back on dated 18/9/2014 with problem unsolved.
I have raised a complain "MMX[protected]" dated 17/11/2014 for priority of the job via email. I have raised another complain "[protected]" dated 24/11/2014 via telephone, that was supposed to be solved in 30 days. That didn't solved till now.

I have found that Micromax use to return my phone without properly checked (as on date 15/9/2014, 18/9/2014 and 17/1/2015) even after taking more than 4 months. Each and every time new job was created even if it was not closed.

As, I have submitted my phone on dated 13/9/2014 and I didn't get it back till now. Even, the last swapped handset that I received on 17/1/2015 was faulty one. So, I want a new unopened (sealed box) handset at the earliest.

I got a mail on 19/01 that I will receive a reply from the company representatives, but I didn't received any reply from them. Can you please look into the matter.
