Micromax — Poor services | |||||
I am Shailesh Yadav From Gurgaon (H.R) My Micromax Mobile i.e AQ4501, there was a problem in touch key, it was in guaranty period on 26th September 2015 i have given in service center in Gurgaon sec 12A, they told me maximum with in 10 to 15 days you will your mobile.(means till 10th october 2015) According to commitment, I called them on 5th October now they said i will take again 20 to 25 days, and not responding well said if you want you can call anyone before 20 to 25 days we will not provide you mobile. After that on same days 5th October i called to micromax customer care [protected] they were apologizing and saying any how we will give your mobile till 20th October. After that I got call from Micromax side and they said we will give you mobile till 20th October. And Finally Today on 15th October 2015 I called again in service center now they are saying it will take more 20 to 25 days and not responding professionally . and On 17th Oct they called me via[protected] number and said any how we will give your till 5th Nov 2015, other wise we will give new handset and refund amount also. If till 5th Nov i did not get my mobile then i will do case against the company in court because i have all audio recording which they told me . Still problem is not solved micromax is fraud and cheap company, they are responding well.
