Micromax — Poorest customer service and useless products

Dear Chairperson, I the undersigned has purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 mobile from an online retailer ebay on 09/06/2015 using credit card. The product was faulty from the day I received it. Multiple problems in the device relating to hardware & software both. The device serious technical issues and it right to say that Micromax mobile had manufacturing defect. I had nothing but paperweight in my hand. Dear Chairperson, I the undersigned has purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 mobile from an online retailer ebay on 09/06/2015 using credit card. The product was faulty from the day I received it. Multiple problems in the device relating to hardware & software both. The device serious technical issues and it right to say that Micromax mobile had manufacturing defect. I had nothing but paperweight in my hand. I contacted ebay through email to ask for a refund of money as they were offering 30 day ebay gurantee. After few days ebay declined my request for refund on pretext that this device is under manufacturer warranty and we can not refund. Finally I visited Micromax service center on 29/06/2015 with Job sheet ref no: N[protected]. To my surprise Micromax offered my to repair the handset by updating software, I explained the whole situation to the person attending me and requested them to get it replaced as this handset has multiple technical issues and manufacturing defect. I somehow managed to make them agree for a replacement but they have asked me to wait for 3-4 weeks to get it replaced. After a long wait of 4 weeks I received a replaced handset from Micromax service center on 25/07/15 and to my surprise firstly they have changed the color of handset back panel from White to Blue without informing me. I somehow tolerated this however the final heart stroke was waiting for me. “Most disheartening” the replaced handset had all the issues which I had with the original handset and there was one more issue added replaced handset was not reading the SD(memory) card. “Thank you soooo much Micromax for giving me all these hassles and pathetic product supply”. I am a working woman and it is very difficult for me to continue visiting the service centers every now and then. I have now submitted my handset again to the same service center on 01/08/15 and this time they have not given me a new Job sheet rather they said this issue will continue with the old Job sheet and it will now take 45 days to complete the service request. So I again have to wait. How on earth govt. allows these companies to work who don’t have any ethics? I asked my brother to deal with this and on 08/08/15 he visited the store, where he wasted 3 hours to get a new Job sheet. Lots of people were reporting similar issues. Now the new Job sheet has a date of 03/08/15 and the fact is they have received the handset on 01/08/15. I am now completely done with Micromax. new Job sheet no.N[protected]
