Micromax — problems started after giving handset for service. | |||
Hi. This is in my experience had with one of the authorised service center MNS SERVICE CENTER. Firstly i went to the so called authorised service center on 17/6/14 at 05:45pm to give my handset for service. But the horror response "COME TOMORROW" inspit of the working hours was till 6pm!! I again went back without any fruitful work. The next day working hours was 10 but they came by 10:30am i came far from 20KMS but after some conflicts there had with them i handed over my handset by paying Rs.2500/- for which i was not given any kind of receipt. Now they took 25 long days to return my handset. I got a call stating to collect my handset with an flying heart i took permission from my manager and went for 2hours (not enough in this Bangalore traffic) but still in heavy rainfall i reached by 5:30pm again the horrible response was "COME TOMORROW" . What the hell. I shout at the executive who attended me after that he made to wait for 30 minutes and finally i got my handset. He gave it to me and sat chit chatting with his incomplete work. Thank god i went back to home. Here is the real problems starts. * my front camera is not working but while giving for service it was working well. * Censor which was working fine, stopped to censor. Now i should go again for 20 KMS for this above . not for my fault!! They have made me to feel its a WORST SERVICE EVER MICROMAX CAN PROVIDE. Micromax can resolve my problem.??
