I unfortunately purchased model Q391 as a Diwali gift for my son. Within 15 days there was a patch in the display. The shop I purchased it from directed me to borivali west service centre. First time I went there at 4:45pm and was told to come other day as they were full. I went back on 2nd December 2015 and spent two hours to get a feedback that I should leave the handset there and expect it back only after twenty working days on account of..I quote "spare parts are not available and it will take time to get them". I was told that I will get a call from the centre. I did not get any call. The centre number printed on the receipt is always unreachable. I went to the centre this week and was told that parts have arrived and that I will get my phone in a week. Today I got a call from centre informing me that the parts did not work and that they are waiting for new parts..hence I should expect to get my phone after fifteen more working days...TIRED??? I KNOW LONG MESSAGE. IMAGINE MY FRUSTRATION.LOOOOOOONG WAIT.
