Micromax — Product under warranty-Charging Rs.2200/- | |||
Dear Sir, I brought Micromax Knight A 350 mobile last year in Diwali Dhamaka. It is under warranty. The phone was working find till 16/08/2015. It is working fine now also but it is not getting charged. Customer Care Centre, I visited ( on 17/08/2015) VI Communication at Branch A-83. Radhey Puri Extn. Opp Karkardooma Court. Delhi-Phone-[protected]. They say, That the card is physically damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs. 2200/-This will not be covered under warranty. But my question is the phone was not at physically damaged neither external nor internal then how this can be called as physically damaged by us.
