[Resolved] Micromax — PURCHASE NEW PHONE BUT AFTER THREE DAY BATTERY NOT CHARGE | |||
I had bought a micromax canvas A290 cameo smartphone of micromax but after three days this phone's battery has stopped to charge.So i went to concern shop where i purchase this phone sector 22b chandigarh Anmol watches and electronic shop but this shop owner didn't give any response against my complaint. Eventually i went to micromax service centre they sealed my phone and said that go to mobile shop where there you have bought this phone show this sealed phone and after that shop owner will give you new mobile. but when i went in mobile shop then shop owner has refused to me.He says he has no more stock of this mobile set write now. It will taken 7 or more than one month.So now i confused i have given full amount of this mobile to shop owner.then who is responsible that customer has paid money and he remains without phone. this problem has been come with in three days after buy this phone.till date the shopkeeper not provide to me new phone.
