Micromax — Q332 Requested a service | |||
I bought a Q335 mobile on[protected] in CHennai, and within two days the mobile was not getting turned on. I took my mobile to the Micromax certified service center (M/S Mobileseva) which is there near marathahalli. for service that is on[protected]. within a week I got a message from micromax telling the mobile set is ready for delivery. I went there and the service person gave me Q335. Immediate next day I took the mobile and returned that mobile and requested for Q332 itself due to the price difference and features difference. They said they should get the mobile from Company and they said to wait for two weeks and I did the same. after two weeks I keep calling the service center first two times they attend the call and responded like we are waiting for the company person to come and give a replacement. But now I am calling them back to back past 3 weeks They are neither attending my call nor providing any information through SMS. I bought the mobile 4 Months back gave it for service 3 months back still I find the problem is still like that only I am without mobile. Number provided by them to reach is[protected]/[protected] Both the numbers are working but no one is reponding to my call. Please provide a new mobile as soon as possible I am getting frustrated seeing micromax in this response. Note :- This mobile is my 3rd smart phone in Micromax. previously I was using Micromax Canves and Canves 5. Was this information helpful? | |||
