Micromax — Q380 Micromax Canvas Spark not functioning | |||||
I Had bought the Q380 Micromax Canvas Spark in Snapdeal Flash sale some time in may. However after two months the phone stopped functioning. I had given the phone to a Micromax service center here in Bhubaneswar. They returned me the product after about 2 months more without the issue being resolved. My phone is still not functional and i demand its replacement with a functioning product ASAP. PROBLEM: After powering on the phone, only the startup screen (with micromax and android logo) appears.
