Micromax — Qualitiless product followed by poor services | |||
Unfortunately I purchased E471 but within 2Months of purchase phone is unable to get switched on. I called premium care and they arranged a call back(as this is a premium phone as per you) and on that call I have been promised for phone replacement within 7 to 10 days, which didn't happend even at the completion of 11th day(and still waiting). I than requested a call with a senior person and I was told that will be done within 24 hours but I havent received any call back even at the completion of that time period. Whenever I call your people I have been told to wait but they are unable to tell how long? so my question to you is how long I have to wait? Now my feedback: your service is very poor. Your are not adhere to the time that is given by you yourself. You dont have a procedure to escalate the matter if customer want. It appears that you are not running a company instead just a gang with no rules. I can assure you for the failure of your company in the coming future and will never be able to get a market overseas where people give very much importance to service. Have a good luck for for destroying a good Indian company which could have been a market ruler if handeld correctly. with no hope of reasonable and meaningfull response from your side Hemant kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
