I am very much astonished that how a branded company like micromax is replacing GSM/CDMA hand set to GSM/GSM without any company sealed pack and seems to be used and in built old contacts (not related to us) is there. Sir it is not digested by the customer like me. when we submitted the set on 27-2-15, your people had assured us that the replaced set will go to the customer directly from Micromax, please see the attachment, to view the condition of hand set which was received from them with out my acknowledgement signature.
