Micromax — Rectification of Minor Problem

Sir/Madam, I have taken mobile (A 290) on 15/04/15 in LOT show room and the details of mobile as follows:- 1. A290 MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT CAMEO 2. IMEI Nos - [protected] / [protected] Yesterday I have given mobile to service centre as it is not getting fully charged and where it is a minor problem.After giving to service centre, they told told me to give a call at 1830hrs or it will be rectified by today morning(09/07/15). But when I gave call to service centre at 1145hrs today, they replied that it will take 5 to 7 days to rectify as they don't have a spare part of an IC. This Micromax company is one of the best and they don't have a small spare part and they don't have any facility to rectify a minor problem. It is very shame and not a reliable.
