i have purchase micromax A63 a year back in which i face some pixel problem during the one year warranty period time so i gave that phone to authorized micromax service center (M/S SAIRAM ELECTRONICS) in bhilai, they reported a problem 4908 display bad pixel, other than this problem all the other function of my phone were working properly when i gave it to the service center, around after 1 month i received a message that my cell has been repaired and i went to collect that cell but when i check it the old problem has been repaired but now the touch pad is not working properly, when i reported this to the service center executive they refuse to solve the problem as now the warranty period has been pass out and ask for the repairing amount of around 900. now the problem is when the defect occur while repairing and how they can get their hand back and ask for money because when i gave My phone it was under warranty period and they took excess time for its repairing.my cell phone is still in the service center from the past 1 and the half month.I have already talk to the micro max help line no and even they are agreed that the warranty period can be extend since my phone is in the service center but still the executive fro service center are not cooperating.
this is my polite appeal kindly look into the matter and provide me the required service as soon as possible
